Job Title: Service Workshop Inside Sales

Report to: Workshop Manager

Direct report: N/A

Mission:

l Provide sales support for workshop tool repairing

l To be the process and technical interface between workshop and customer

l Maximize customer satisfaction of workshop activities.

Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

l Quote customer for tool repair in workshop. The customer include: 75% region customer, distributors and internal customer (MVI/GI/DEMO)

l Track quotation status and follow up customer process to ensure customer release PO in time.

l Answer customer's call for tool repair status check and technical questions.

l Monthly handle customer survey.

l Maintain workshop system, generate workshop productivity report.

Candidate's profile

Education

l University / College graduated

Experience

l 1+ years customer service experience. Prefer in technical industrial product manufacturers or trading company.

l Prefer in sales background.

Knowledge

l ERP, SAP knowledge, Mechanical/Electrical background

Skills

l Strong PC skills and good on Excel

l Strong communication skill

l Strong data analysis skill;

l Fluency in English both in oral and written
