工作内容:
Mission
Under the responsibility of the Prototype Department Manager is in charge of :
- Realize the prototypes in line with the request and with established procedures.
- Contribute to the design.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the activity.

Responsibilities
Realize the Prototypes :
？ Respect and apply safety rules and HSE policy.
？ Is responsible of the realization of prototypes further a working request formulated by the internal or external customers within agreed schedule and quality standards.
- define the tooling , set up the machine and ensure tooling identification and traceability.
-define procedures to ensure the right process implementation and follow up including maintenance plan.
-ensure team leader and operator training and support to the process
- Establish and coordinate schedules
？ Is responsible of the implementation of the news procedures ; means or tooling in the prototype workshop area.
？ Traceability of the prototype assembly :
- ensure components traceability with the support of logistics.
- 5W2H implementation and QRQC participation to solve problems ; can be PDCA FTA leader is requested
- Assembly traceability and machine set up follow up
- Deviation follow up
Contribute to the design :
？ Support the design, development and improvement of toolings, equipments.
？ Monitor and debug new methods, toolings, equipments or procedure
？ Troubleshoot problems to implement counter measures ensuring quality in accordance with project team.
Continuous improvement :
？ Apply standards : compliance , HSE policy , site procedures
？ Implement action plans to improve quality and reduce scraps by improving process or design.
？ Implement action plans to improve safety.
