Job description / Mission
This position shall take responsibility for implementing customer relationship management system in ITBA China Customer Center.To support each business line launching PSM and train the new members.In accordance with Atlas Copco and Multi-brand communication policies and strategies, with the purpose of maintaining and strengthening the usage in business operations and various events.

Experience Requirements
Experience in Information Technology is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast paced high volume work environment.
Experience with developing work procedures and expediting workflow.
Able to study, standardize and enhance procedures to improve efficiency of the process.

Knowledge / Educational requirements
2 year technical degree, technical certifications, or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in Mandarin and well English language, both written and spoken.
Personality requirements
Strong communication skills
Above average interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
Able to build positive working relationships and create cross-functional synergies.
Adapts well to changing circumstances and direction.
