The Company
It is a Sino-American joint venture which specializes in Aluminum Alloy Die Casting of automobile engine industry.
The American partner is one of the well known automotive die casting manufacturers in the world. The headquarter is located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin in the United States with many die casting manufacturing branches in the world and is also the global supplier with rich customer resources, good sales channels for many world famous automotive companies, such as Volvo, Jaguar, Audi and Ford, and rich die casting production management experiences as well as advanced manufacturing technologies.
The JV in China adopts the humanity management and standardized managing system so as to provide you the wide professional developing field, homologous training opportunities (to be trained in the headquarter in the United States), challenging salary system and high welfare rewards.
Position Description
Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the board and staff with the development of annual and long-term plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on the attainment of those plans.
Oversees and is responsible for the JVs financial and operational performance with the goal of maximizing shareholder value, ensuring customer satisfactions and employee wellbeing.
Leads the development and implementation of the JVs operating policies and procedures.
Leads the development and delivery of the annual financial plans including sales, profit, cash and capital expenditures.
Coordinates activities within the JV and between the JV and other locations.
Hire and develop employees of the JV.
Lead and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
Has responsibility and oversight of all aspects of the JV including operations, quality, engineering, HR, sales, finance, supply chain management and customer service.
Drive a culture that supports corporate's core values in safety, environmental, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
Position Requirements
More than 10 years experience in management;
Bachelor Degree or above
Excellent communication in English and Mandarin;
Familiar with automotive industry; experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive suppliers is preferred;
Strong manufacturing operations management with aluminum die casting background is preferred.
