Responsibility:

ü Handle facility & production equipment related disciplinary action in accordance with local legislations

and rules (electrical, gas, water, fire protection, etc.)

ü Develop and implement facility & production equipment system processes, procedures and/or

initiatives within area of responsibility

ü Handle or support related facility EHS issues and audits

ü Use Maximo as a tool to manage the PM program, make sure PM design properly for each piece of

equipment, monitoring the quality of PM work through equipment failure analysis. Develop proper KPI to measure the downtime and develop improvement plan year over year

ü Be responsible for the department budget and MRO inventory include set up the annual budget,

monitoring the spending, lead the cost saving action to increase the efficiency of the maintenance work

ü Work as a project manager for some small modification work. In charge of project management to

make sure the cost, schedule and quality are meeting the design requirement

ü Be responsible for fix asset control for the plant

ü As a key leader, will need to support any upcoming event in that area to promote company as a

competitive supplier

ü Lead the department to make it a high performance work force through succession plan development

performance review to promote the high standard work to meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems, EHS Management Systems and company ICSP requirement

ü Responsible for people management processes to include team member career counseling,

performance management, training development needs

ü Supervise and evaluate work of team members. Provide team building, employee recognition and

motivational activities


Requirements:

ü Bachelor degree of Mechanical, Electrical, civil, etc.

ü Five years working experience with at least three years experience as manager of key operations

department

ü Be familiar with related equipment principle (power substation, chiller, air compressor, HVAC, water

pump, heat exchanger ...etc.)

ü Should meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management

Systems

ü Ability to take initiative and successfully lead others

ü Strong customer service skills;Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

ü Self-motivated, and positive attitude and high degree of self-confidence

ü Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff and external service providers

ü Knowledge of contract ,project management

ü Experience of TPM is preferred

ü Experience of MRO management software is preferred

ü Good at oral and writing business English; and Good PC skills
