Responsibility:

ü Directs the manufacturing activities and is responsible for the orderly production of the required materials, to the required specifications, in an efficient manner in-line with approved processes/methods.

ü Be responsible to ensure the Quality System is understood, implemented and maintained throughout his organization.

ü Be responsible to ensure the HS&E System is understood, implemented and maintained throughout his organization.

ü Be responsible for the implementation of design and manufacturing requirements defined by various Engineering Groups. These Design/Manufacturing requirements are typically expressed as product drawings, operating procedures, customer requirements etc.

ü Ensure compliance to all local laws, applicable US and international law (such as FCPA) and company policies.

ü Support Sales activities, liaise with Sales on product quotations/production planning/product completion scheduling.

ü Typical day to day activities include but are not limited to:

- Production and inventory planning/reviewing of plans

- Monitoring the effectiveness of production activities - optimizing human and capital resources.

- Monitoring daily reject/rework quantities -reducing rejects/rework

- Monitoring manufacture costs and spending

ü Delegate specific duties to qualified individuals as he deems necessary.


Requirement:

ü Minimum 10 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Including 5 years previous supervisory and/or management experience.

ü Have a strong knowledge and back ground in manufacturing processes, leadership skills and be proficient in the English language, spoken and written.

ü A degree in engineering is desirable although preference will be given to skilled, experienced applicants with a proven successful track record.
