Responsibility:

ü Promotes company involvements in Chinese commerce. Conducts market outreach and project driven Chinese business development. Initial one month training period at parent company in the US required.

ü Facilitates communications between, marketing, sales and IT departments of Company US and China.

ü Conducts outreach and marketing program with current US companies in China and those planning to manufacture in China.

ü Interfaces with all company departments to support others in foreign business practices, when it is required.

ü Must develop marketing and service policies, programs and systems to support strategic direction.

ü Must partner with management team to ensure the best possible service and effective communications to Company Dealers and End Users.

ü Manages and directs marketing and service policy deployment, product positioning and product development.

ü Develops annual marketing and service plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives.

ü Directs implementation and execution of marketing and service policies and practices.

ü Ensures marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with the Sales Manager.

ü Develops and manages pricing structures.

ü Provides leadership and support for the design, development and implementation of products and service lines, when it is required.

ü Responsible for competitor market intelligence and analysis

ü Builds, develops and manages marketing team capable of carrying out needed marketing and service strategies.

ü Manages marketing services department including development and distribution of all marketing collateral.

ü Is an active member of Company in Tianjin's Management Team, Business Development Team and Strategic Planning.

ü Responsible for lead generation in China

ü Responsible for the development, SEO, content and position in search engines.

ü Develop and implement Marketing Plan and Budget.

ü Performs other related duties as assigned.

ü Manages and directs staff including recruitment, selection and development to achieve company goals.



Requirements:

ü Both of English, Chinese background with knowledge of language and culture.

ü Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

ü Education background in west countries, USA preferred.

ü Background in business development preferred.

ü Ability to spend 1-2 months in United States for training.

ü Ability to travel to other countries occasionally.

ü Excellent communication and project management skills.
