Mission of function
- SLC reporting compliance, budgeting and planning, cost control, process design and implementation
Contacts (internal / external)
- Internal: Keep touch with employees and coordinate with operational department, WAG
Task
- 1.Siemens Reporting Guideline compliance
- 2.Budget vs actual variance analysis, mainly in material cost, cost center expense, inventory level, A/R, and liability.
- 3.WDST' contact persons for external audit and SLC Internal Audit
- 4.Design and implement internal control process
- 5.Mentor peers
Knowledge
- 1.Strong analytical skill, logical thinking
- 2.familiar with SAP
- 3.keen in streamlining process is preferred
Experience
- 1. At least 7 years experience in accounting and/or controlling
- 2. power user of SAP is preferred
- 3. Proactively pursue target fulfillment
- 4. Able to work under deadline pressure with high quality
Education and Language
- 1. finanical & accounting or related major
- 2. bachelor degree or above
- 3. good communication in writing and speaking English
- 4. German would be a plus
