职位描述：
1. 根据产品规格及要求，参与无线通讯产品的机械设计与开发，
2. 根据产品规格及要求，设计并进行产品性能评估与测试；
3. 与模具制造商协调，确保新的模具及产品符合产品设计规格及要求；
4. 在产品开发阶段，确保与研发团队及工厂项目团队的良好合作；
5. 支持工厂的试产及工程样品的故障分析。

知识与技能要求：
1. 机械工程学士学位，并有一年以上的相关工作经验；
2. 新产品开发相关经验；
3. 熟练操作Pro-E及CAD；
4. 熟练掌握机械原理，系统设计以及塑料、冲压件的设计等相关知识
5. 善于分析，有良好的人际交往能力；
6. 良好的时间管理能力，可以有序及时完成各项任务；
7. 良好的英语及普通话能力；
8. 与新加坡研发中心紧密合作

R&D Mechanical Engineers (TianJin)

Job Description
1 Participate in mechanical design and development to new wireless products meeting specification & requirements.
2 Define and conduct product evaluations and tests to meet specifications
3 Liaise with tool maker, ensure new tools and new parts meet the product/design specification and requirements.
4 Work with a team of engineers and factory NPI through different phases of the product development.
5 Support factory builds and failure analysis of prototypes.

Specific Knowledge/Skills
1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
2 Experience in new product development cycle.
3 Must have at least 1 year of Pro-E CAD experience
4 Good working knowledge on mechanical fundamental, system design and design skills on plastic and sheet metal parts.
5 Analytical, diligent, dynamic with good interpersonal skills
6 Must be able to manage time and deliver all tasks in a timely manner.
7 Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin.
8 Work closely with Hi-P Singapore Design Centre.
