职位描述
Specific Accountabilities 具体职责:
1 | Provide regular labour law related consultation to management. |
2 | Provide support to line managers in investigating and resolve any employee relations issues in order to facilitate agreements, settle conflicts and minimize dispute |
3 | Handle labour conflicts and deal with labour arbitration |
4 | Conduct legal research and keep legislation update regarding to employment law and develop strategy to deal with such changes |
5 | Conduct labour law related training to management and HR professionals |
6 | Delivery and explain standardized employment contracts, employee manual, code of ethics, disciplinary regulation, and ensure they are implemented consistently |
7 | Handle issues of injury suffered on the job |
9 | Special positions labour issue, following the government approval process for special positions retirement |
10 | Be responsible for handling resignation and termination procedures |
11 | Be bridge between management with employees. Foster employee fairness and consistency treatment culture |
12 | Retirement and Pre-retirement management |
13 | Build-up solid relationship with Government related |
Qualifications 任职资格 |
Education level 受教育水平: Bachelor Degree of university |
Experience 经验: More than 3 years’ experience in HR and at least 1 years on ER function, |
Language 语言水平: Fluent English and Mandarin both in speaking and writing |
Compute 计算机水平: Familiar with MS-Office |
Organization and business knowledge 对公司及业务领域的了解: Proficient knowledge on HR related law and regulation is must; |
