职责Responsibilities:
1. Manage administration services
a)shuttle bus：update shuttle route constantly, track shuttle bus supplier, track shuttle bus supplier’s service performance KPI to ensure its service level and safety, supervise shuttle bus supplier to manager drivers and car maintenance, make periodical employee satisfaction survey etc.
b)Security: manage security supplier, ensure visitor and cargo entry and exit in line with company regulation and process, security patrol, firefighting check and facility maintenance, periodical fire drill, CCTV management, car parking management etc.
c)Cleaning：manage cleaning supplier, ensure cleaning of all non-manufacturing area and 5m at entrance area, setup cleaning and management standard for each area and follow up the cleaning service performance etc.
d)Canteen：manage catering supplier, follow up quality of food, service, cleaning etc. , ensure employee canteen, VIP canteen, convenient store, café bar etc. provide up-to-standard food and service, collect opinion from employees via month face-to-face meeting and other channels, periodical employee satisfaction survey etc.
e)Landscaping：manage landscaping supplier, ensure indoor green plant maintained and replaced in time, ensure outdoor landscaping maintenance up to standard etc.

2. Firefighting: work out firefighting plan and facility maintenance plan, arrange fire drill within company, ensure in line with Alstom EHS roadmap chapter 4: level 4

3. Support moving project

资格要求 Qualification:
Education level: Bachelor degree.
Experience: More than 5 years related work experience.
Language : Good level verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
Compute: Familiar with Windows, Office software.
Others: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, quick response, customer service-minded, good knowledge on Health & Safety, security and firefighting
