职位描述：
Assist to implement the high standard central purchasing system for MRO in the company. Responsible for updating the purchasing procedures and make sure all purchasing activities are in correct, legal and ethical way for both of MRO(Airlaid))and PM purchasing.
Select the stable and strategic supply channel as well as develop and manage a purchasing strategy that returns the maximum benefit to FCA without compromising quality or delivery.
Collect and analysis marketing situation and price trend on key materials and get opportunity to negotiate with supplier for cost reduction. Utilize market and competitive information to ensure best value purchases for both of MRO(Airlaid) and PM purchasing .
Set up the supplier filing system for tracking. Follow a supplier's appraisal procedure to maintain target quality, service and delivery.
Support with facilities, maintenance and project team for any approved purchasing requirement and make sure to get suitable and valuable spare parts and consumable things with quick delivery.
Handle payment for RM and provide long term cash flow forecast for both of RM and PM to FA.
Routine purchasing work(MRO and PM) includes negotiation, place order, handle complaint and arrange payment, etc. 举报 分享
