1、效率、内存、加载等等优化工作；
2、编写设计文档、指导前端开发人员完成功能开发；
3、负责游戏核心模块的设计和开发。
4、负责第三方sdk的接入工作
5、部分Shader优化工作
个人素质要求：
5年以上前端开发经验，3年以上u3d开发经验，精通C#语言，有良好的编程习惯和优化意识，责任心强，能够适应高强度的工作环境。
岗位要求：
1.精通Unity3D、精通c#，能对游戏的性能苛刻需求进行优化
2.熟悉OpenGL和计算机图形学，精通Shader编程
3.至少经历过2款游戏的完整过程，至少经历过1款上线的游戏。
4.熟悉android开发、object-c开发者优先
5.良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够快速理解系统需求并完成开发工作
