职位描述：
Project Manager
Purpose:
◆ Lead and motive the KON team to meet the requirement of new product development in the area of time, cost quality etc.

Key Accountabilities:
Impact on Business
◆ Plan, Organize, Motivate the KON team to achieve project goals about time, scope, quality, budget constraints as leader according to the New Product
◆ Conduct the risk management and change management as well as communication management.
◆ Monitor project execution by the effective tools of CCPM as Critical Chain Project Management and Update the SAP System accordingly.
◆ Could take the responsible for the project of less than 30 M Euro budget.

Innovation and Change
◆ Propose innovations and improvements of systems and procedures depending on project execution
◆ Responsible for process and change management innovation

Communication
◆ As one communication cross leader, maintain the open ,regular , accurate channels of communication with all levels of project staff ,R&D Testing, purchase, production, quality and operation department, sale, product management
◆ Regular report the project progress and status to management team.
◆ Regularly Communicate With KON team to track the progress of project and update action list
◆ Choose suitable communication way is key to successful Communication
◆ Risk and conflict management is critical as project management , but effective and frequent communication is key to avoiding conflict

People Leadership
◆ Lead and motive cross function team to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met
◆ Evaluate the staff contribution by means of assigned task progress and continuously improve competency of KON Team.
◆ Support less experienced project manager ;
◆ Could lead cross function team and dotted line team of 15-40 persons
◆ Backup as project office manager

Requirements:
◆ Technical university degree or MBA
◆ 8-10 of relevant business experience necessary
◆ Preferred 5 years of technical and 3 years of management experience
◆ Experience in the cross function team management
◆ Knowledge about development of employees and in personal management
◆ Language: Chinese fluent & English fluent
◆ IT skills: MS Office
