R&D Team Leader, Software Development

Position Description

-Be responsible for the security solution software development
-This position will be leading a team of 60 people
-New security system software analysis & development
-Analyze competitors' products and make security system package differentiation
-Cooperate & communicate with major IC ventures
-Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product
-Analyze & decrease product cost
-Driving product software development set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements and product positioning
-Ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals
-Present project development progress to key leaders within the company
-Work with sales/marketing personnel to gain feedback from potential and current customers in order to keep products at the top of industry
-He/she must be able to provide direction for team members as a role model


Position Requirements

-At least 10 to 15 years work experience
-Must have more than 5 years' work experience in major security System Company
-Must have more than 7 years' work experience as a security solution development leader
-Bachelor degree, major in Electronic Engineering/Computer Science
-Experience with releasing Security System related Thesis
-Must have experience with analog & digital circuit development including circuit & PCB design
-Must have experience with N/W camera or DVR development including CCD, CMOS Circuit Design CODEC & CPU Circuit Design
-Excellence in HR network with Top Talents majored in Security System
-Must be a technical expert from application level
-Result driven, customer oriented and accountable.
-Must be able to communicate with all levels within the company, and external parties, including senior management executives and comfortable working in multicultural environment
-Experience with cultural differences of multinational / global company operating in China.
-Experience in matrix environment (reporting relationships, global vs. local requirements, working through peers and non-reporting line teams).
-Ability to interact with senior level management locally and globally.
