Position Description
-Report to:
Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
-Staff Responsible:
All subordinates in the store
-Key Functions:
To act an intermediary between the Store Manager and other store personnel. Supervisor must ensure all subordinates abide by company policies and services standard as well as carry out the responsibilities effectively and efficiently, especially during the absence of Store Manager.
Responsibilities
-Assist to the Store Manager in all aspects of retail operations
-Greater product knowledge than all sales including fabric and design
-Able to motivate the team by example in all general knowledge/skills
-Able to show initiatives in developing new business
Position Requirements
-High school graduate or above
-At least 5-year of solid experience with proven track record at high-end fashion
-At least 2-year experience in supervisory level
-Be energetic, assertive and customer-oriented
-Strong self-motivated with excellent people management
-Good command in written and spoken English and Putonghua
-Computer literary
