Position Description

-Key Functions:主要功能:
To provide the excellent customer services and generate the sales and inform & report all necessary information and incidents to the Store Management.提供优良的客户服务和售卖,通知和报告所有必要的信息和事件给店铺管理人员
Responsibilities:
-Achieve sales target set by the company完成公司给予的销售目标;
-Maximize the sales performance by performing as a professional consultant to customers做为专业的销售顾问履行销售业绩最大化;
-Recommend suitable products and introduces its benefits/features to the customers推荐合适的产品,并介绍它的优点/功能给顾客;
-Recruit the VIP and maintain regular customers招募贵宾客户并维护客户关系;
-Communicate with store management and give recommendation in order to guarantee maximum performance与店铺管理人员及时沟通并给予建议已保持工作成绩最大化;
-Follow company rules and regulations, range of authority and instructions服从公司的规章制度,和相关指示.
Position Requirements
-High school graduate or above高中以上学历;
-At least 3-year of solid experience with proven track record at high-end fashion至少3年丰富的高端时尚品牌工作经验和可被证明的良好记录;
-Be energetic, assertive and customer-oriented精力充沛,自信和以客户服务为导向;
-Be a strong team player热情的团队合作精神;
-Good command in written and spoken English良好的英语书面和口语交流沟通能力
