Mission

- As representative of adidas Ops, working with developer, constructor and external PM to supervise, monitor and ensure the quality of construction and Ops' requirements to be fulfilled 100% on quality, on time and in budget.

- Ensure DC facility to be managed and continually developed in the future in terms of maintenance and expansion so as to suit future business requirements.

- Coordinate and communicate with related local government authorities.



Responsibilities

- Conduct feasibility studies of various projects to determine the value of an investment and provide an cost-effective justification for capital appropriations

- Develop maintenance plan so as to guarantee the facility under good condition.

- Work with developer, constructor and external PM to manage the quality of construction and ensure Ops' requirements to be fulfilled 100% on quality, on time and in budget.

- Responsible for OPEX,CAPEX yearly budget, monthly budget forecast and responsible for monitoring the actual vs. budgeted cost, analyze and recommend cost saving methodology.

- Know well the Ops processes in DC so as to cooperate with Ops teams to guarantee physical operation

- The responsibilities are not limited to the above, the job holder will also follow other work assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.



Requirements

- University degree

- Practical experience in property / construction management would be a must.

- Competency with Excel and Word.

- Experience with AutoCAD is highly desirable

- Good project management and organizational skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Stable personality, clear career plan and spirit developing with project together

- Willing to travel very frequently
