A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To assist in the continued development and implementation of all excellence programs methods, processes, benchmarks
2. Will initiate or assist in all continuous improvement activities and ensure sustainability
3. Will support other projects as required
4. Will create training material and provide trainings
5. Responsible for monitoring operational benchmarks
6. Will provide reports and datas as required

B. PREDOMINANT TASKS

1. Will initiate and lead OPEX activities (transformation, pilots, kaizen events) following roadmap
2. Will investigate and initiate cost savings and continuous improvement
3. Responsible for following, establishing and monitoring standards
4. Will review and analyze all measuring metrics and resolve issues with relevant OpEx tools
5. Will manage or support capital projects
6. Will travel as necessary to provide support to China business and global meetings/trainings, percentage of travel is 50%.

C. REQUIREMENT

1. Must have a bachelor degree or above level qualification in manufacturing engineering, with a comprehensive knowledge of lean manufacturing.
2. Must have Bi-lingual English/Chinese language skills both in verbal and written, preferably technical.
3. Good PC skills, familiar with Microsoft office
4. At least 2-3 year working experience in a manufacturing environment.
5. Capital project experience is desired.
6. Experience of working with multi-lingual Global teams.
