职位描述
Key Responsibility
Business
· Understand customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals.
· Authorized to suggest alternative solutions and point out possible deficiencies set on the business model.
· Support Account managers and others who market and sell the end-product of the project.
· Authorized to make agreements within the tasks concerning business process definitions.
Work
· Facilitate modeling of the target organization.
· Describe the workflow and the high-level requirements for IT solutions to support the business processes.
· Perform a cost/benefit analysis for any suggested changes in the target organization.
Quality
· Responsible for ensuring that the solution developed comply with given specifications and customer quality requirements.
· Authorized to suggest alternative solutions and point out deficiencies related to quality requirements in projects to project managers as and when necessary.
· Follow Volvo IT's quality assurance system.
· Responsible for ensuring that individually drafted plans are adhered to and that the applicable calculations are not exceeded.
Main competence requirements
· Colleague or university graduate in computer science or business management.
· More than 3 years working experience on BA related job
· Compliance with Volvo IT values: Professionalism, Respect & Spirit
· Good capability of English (CET 4+) and Mandarin
· Strong ownership and follow up. Fast learner and self-motivator. Excellent teamwork skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Willing to travel
