Role
The System Analyst plans, leads and coordinates the requirements work throughout the LDS maintenance assignment by outlining and delimiting the system and system functionality being modelled
Key Responsibility
· Create UseCases for change requests appointed by version manager and hand over it to the architect and designers.
· Develop solution documents upon Use Cases.
· Hands-on experience in coding.
· Continuously discussions with business and super users to understand and define demands as well as suggest solutions to accommodate business demands.
· Thoroughly express business rules and business processes in written use cases.
· Produce visualized example of solutions such as screen shots, simple drawings etc.
· Discuss and conclude proper technical solutions to enforce the business demands with architect and designers.
· Make sure that the version team understands the solution expected.
· Be a supporting role for the architect and designers from the business demand perspective.
· Responsible for the documentation concerning both functional and non-functional requirements.
· Responsible for ensuring that the system requirements are aligned with the customer quality standards.
· Responsible for proposing changes on system requirements that are unrealistic from a business or technical perspective.
· Authorized to point out possible deficiencies and suggest alternative solutions.
Main competence requirements
· Understand the customers business processes.
· At least five year of experience in an application development or maintenance context.
· Good knowledge of requirements management methods
· Knowledge within the automotive retail area and Dealer Management Systems.
· Project Management and Leadership experience.
· Good understanding of internet applications.
· Fare understanding of application integration and platforms.
· Hands on experiences in the following technology:
· Understand the architecture and follow guidelines defined to design new modules
· Ability to design with UML
· Ability to translate requirements to design
· Ability to explain design to developer
· At least 2 years of experience in an application development or maintenance context as a System Analyst.
· More than 6 years of experience in IT application area in MNC.
· Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing and challenging environment, manage multiple activities and priorities and work well under pressure.
· Excellent oral and written English skills
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science plus other required training or experience required for the specific position
