职位描述：
岗位职责:
管理程序团队，包括团队建设、任务安排、绩效考核、人才培养、人员招聘等。
负责与其他部门沟通协调工作内容。
负责客户端框架设计与维护。
带领程序团队完成客户端性能、稳定性等相关测试、分析、调整，相关技术难题公关。
带领程序团队完成游戏制作中的所有相关程序功能。
熟悉一种管理工具的使用（比如Jira，URTracker等）

岗位资格要求:
大学本科或以上学历
计算机技术或相关专业
6年以上游戏客户端工作经验
2年以上程序团队管理经验

岗位技能要求:
精通windows平台程序开发
精通Unity游戏开发，精通C#语言，精通lua语言，熟悉C++语言，,对Unity热更框架有深刻的理解
熟悉游戏逻辑开发
熟悉3D图形学相关知识
熟悉服务器相关内容，至少了解2种游戏类型C/S整体结构 举报 分享
