Purpose of the job:

Responsible of delivery works, packaging material purchasing, production plan, quality check, stock analysis, and relative analysis

Key Tasks:

· Sourcing packaging material supplier according to production's requirement.

· Controlling packaging material stock level and ordering packaging material.

· Communicate with packaging material supplier for continuously improve packaging material quality.

· Negotiation with packaging supplier for price and cost saving.

· Sourcing outsourcing delivery company, which can meet RAF's price and service requirement.

· Make delivery plan according to physical situation, delivery price/ customer requirement/ line etc.

· Daily delivery works

· Analysis delivery cost, implement the action of cost down for delivery.

· Prepare monthly delivery report

· Prepare monthly packaging material consumption report

· Payment requisite prepare.

· Ordering materials from UPM Raflatac China

· Analysis stock level to prepare the action plan for reducing stock quantity

· Production planning after received the order from customers

· Daily quality check for the finished goods to customers

· Backup for production, stock keeper, and others when need

· Other tasks requested by company

· Respect ISO procedures and company rules and regulations

Prerequisites

· Education and work experience: college or university in management, logistics, supply chain, etc.

· Min 2 years working experience for delivery arrangement.

· With forklift certificate
