JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Maintaining the books , GL and keeping the records
2.Reviewing and approving payments for vendors
3.Preparing vendor payments
4.Following on cash flow situation planning, budgeting, and taking action with the banks as needed.
5.Manage the Pity cash register and books.
6.Applying for Tax refund for export
7.Follow up and additional processing tax refund for export with the tax agencies until received in the bank account of the company.
8.Work together with auditing office and second accountant that the auditing office will assign to us. (Official Tianjin company)
9.Accounting / finance tasks as may arise
