本职位主要负责本公司设备的装配。设备的装配要用到2D和3D的图纸，所以本职位要能看懂相应的图纸。还要负责管理其他的装配人员。胜任者要负责检验入厂的所有配件，还要根据需要协助电路和设备的安装。有时还需要协助在客户工厂的设备安装。要遵循良好的生产规范，能够评价出部件和装配的质量水平。有时需要和美国的同事沟通，所以要具备基本的英语听说读写能力。

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling Preco Equipment. This is a hands on position. Preco expects all of it equipment to be assembly with a high level of quality. The equipment will be assembled using 2D and 3D drawings so the person needs to be able to interpret drawings. This person will also be responsible to supervise other assemblers at this facility. Candidate will do incoming inspection of all parts into PHT. They will also assist in wiring and start up as needed. From time to time they will also assist in installations at customer’s facility. They will follow Good Manufacturing Practices. They must be able to evaluate the quality of parts and assemblies. They will have to communicate with US personnel from time to time so they will need Basic English speaking and writing skills.
