职位描述：
Set up New M&R team to support business
Develop inbound logistics processes in line with LMPS materials management modules
Manage imports /customs clearance at lowest time and cost parameters
Ensure that raw materials and components are stored according to quality specifications
Coordinate transportation with customers and forwarders
Organize and assign workers according to tasks and manpower requirements
Attend daily Production meeting and communicate production status and flag critical issues that need additional support to the Plant manager
Give input on innovative approaches and strategy work to regional/global LM supply management
Actively communicate with other LM Wind power Material & Resources managers to understand and input best practices
Inventory monitoring and control periodic store checks
Prepare departmental budget requirements for investment, costs and expenses based on sales forecast
Ensure that all Logistic activities are in line with LMPS requirements and contribute to LMPS processes
Define skill profiles and determine training requirements of assigned workers organize for training (in cooperation with HR-training)evaluate effectiveness of training
Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve goals
Promote training requirements for dedicated team members
Monitor team performance
Coach team members on how to perform their role
Ensure proper induction of new team members
Manage annual performance interviews for all team members 举报 分享
