Key Responsibilities
? Develop and establish customer pipeline in focused areas; secure business and achieve objectives
within the External Sales Channel.
? Develop customer value propositions for all appropriate business sales opportunities by effectively
probing and identifying needs to help customers.
? Build a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account trade lanes, type of business,
contract information including exceptions
? Establish internal network in greater china cluster (GCC) and globally to expedite issue resolutions.
? Build solid understanding of all service offerings to be able to offer integrated solutions.
? Communicate significant trends, policies and rate changes to assigned accounts.
? Research and understand the territory to identify and establish business contacts customers.
? Research and analyze competitive and industry trends (e.g. analyze sales study literature regarding
new and existing services and monitor competitors’ sales and prices); recommend appropriate measures.
? Ensure Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce.com and others) are updated in a timely
and accurate manner with high-quality data.

? Ambition paired with the willingness to learn new skills.
? Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
? Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin (spoken and written).
? Strong organizational and time management skills including ability to plan work efficiently to meet
deadlines,
? Great team player
? A Bachelor's degree is required
? High proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good working knowledge of Customer Relationship
Management tools such as Salesforce.com
? Knowledge in international trade or geography, highly preferred.
