职位描述：
Tasks
? manage and improve the quality management system of swissmooh Qingdao from the import to the final customer in close cooperation with the local and the Swiss team
? Train the local team about dairy products and Swiss cheese in particular
? Technical support of the local sales team in developing new B2B channels for cheese from Switzerland
? Support the R&D Team in Switzerland in expanding the product range

In this position, you report directly to the local GM in Qingdao and you work in close cooperation with the Headquarter in Switzerland.

Job requirements
? food science degree and deep knowledge in cheese and dairy products
? Experience in Chineese food market and the relevant supply chain in China
? Very good Chinese and English skills (writing and speaking)
? Preferably Swiss Citizen (or from other European country) in Qingdao and with work experience in first tier cities
? Work experience in China and willingness to leave in Qingdao
