职位描述：
工作地点：天津 或 青岛

1. Partner with the Business Developer to audit (Technical Screening) new factories, qualify and recommend new suppliers from a technical and quality perspective.
2. Evaluate infrastructure and capability of new suppliers to ensure they are able to meet requirements with regard to Interstil and customers standards and requirements.
3. Check samples against PSP or reference sample and ensure they are manufactured in line with material quality, construction, workmanship and finish; and approve samples for new products and sign off samples.
4. To diligently report in SR defects and non-conformities to PSP or reference sample.
5. Checks all Assembly Instructions
6. Conduct final inspection for new products (1st shipment) along with QC.
7. Prepare and follow up on action plans for any failures, product returns or claims.
8. Run simple tests on the product before sending to test labs.
9. Checks test reports from 3rd party test labs.
10. Together with the BD, develop and ensure that all products are developed and manufactured in line with customer and SBN requirements (material, finish, construction, etc).

Requirements:
1. English Skill for both written and oral;
2. At least 3 years’ experience in furniture quality control, experience on KD solid wood furniture/upholstered chair is a plus;
3. Production background is preferred;
4. Computer skill-MS Office is a must;
5. Must be able to travel frequently in case of need;
