Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department

- Assistant in PR programs

- Documentation Management: filling archive, and on time gathering of documents

- Showroom Management

-Assistant in setting up the showroom

-Take charge of showroom maintenance, include but not limited to sampling cleaning, arranging and maintaining

-Coordinate orders of supplies for showroom

-Organize model castings

-Coordinate with showroom in other regions (Japan, Korea, Europe, US, etc.)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Good command of English and Mandarin

- Good knowledge of fabric and leather

- Excellent communication ability both written and verbal

- Highly organized and detail oriented

- Superior follow-through, detailed and customer service oriented

- Excellent ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast paced environment

- Must be a collaborative, team player with great initiative

- In-college student is welcomed
