POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述
Organize the resources to deliver Operational Excellence on quality, speed and cost, and structure for continuous improvement. Formulate plans, lead a team to achieve operations goals and objectives.
整合资源在质量、生产速度和成本实现卓越运营并持续改进结构，制定计划领导管对完成生产运营目标。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
1. Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives. Drive ongoing cost reduction plan to target levels;
负责制定和实施运营生产，以满足生产目标，质量和成本目标。持续推动降低成本目标水平；
2. Prioritize production schedules based on customer request dates, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Ensure meet customers’ requirements are met on quality, speed, delivery and cost;
根据客户的订单需求日期，设备效率和原材料供应确定生产的先后顺序，确保满足客户在质量，交付周期和成本的要求；
3. Continuous improvements to productivity and efficiency;
持续改善生产率和效率；
4. Responsible for Operations Department overall work plan, including associate functions departments: logistics, quality, production, mold workshop, paint workshop, assembly workshop;
负责公司生产运作各相关职能部门（物流部，质量部，制造工程部，注塑车间，喷涂车间，组装车间）整体工作的策划安排；
5. Supervise the production workshops, organize production plan, ensure products meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule;
监督生产部门按照生产计划组织安排生产，确保产品可以按既定的品质要求如期出货；
6. According to the market plan formulate and implement annual budget, optimize the process and production capacity, review and evaluate monthly production costs;
根据市场计划制订和执行年度预算以优化过程能力和产能,考评每月的生产成本；
7. Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies;
确立方针、政策和制度指导下属完成工作目标；
8. Implement MAFACT, manage each function of operation, according to standards of MAFACT;
推行MAFACT, 按MAFACT标准管理运作中心各个部门的运行；
9. Lead team through 2nd and 3rd party audit, ensure compliance with all quality requirements in production process, lead team correct, prevent all quality issues and continuous improvement;
指导相关部门顺利通过二三方审核，生产过程的质量管控实施，内外部质量问题的纠正、预防及持续改进；
10. Responsible for cooperate and communicate with all departments to ensure timely solution of production issues;
负责相关部门的协调、沟通工作，及时解决各种生产中的突发问题；
11. Ensure Compliance with OH&S management system requirements, comply Health and Safety rules and requirements, undertake improvement health/safe/environment of the company;
遵守OH&S管理系统和健康安全规定、公司规定和指导方针，不断优化公司健康安全环境；
12. Responsible for minimizing any safety issues arising from the production process;
负责解决处理生产过程中的安全问题，最小化降低危险；
13. Communicate with related departments to solve issues about quality, occupational health and environmental management running of the factory; ability to authorise the stopping of production in the event of any safety, quality or any other detrimental issues arising;
与相关部门就质量、职业健康、环境管理体系运行中出现的问题进行及时沟通，对设定在不安全和违反质量控制要求的项目生产计划，有权停止生产；
14. Responsible for supervision, management, performance evaluation of subordinates;
负责做好下属员工的监督管理工作，并对其工作业绩进行考核；
15. Arrange systematic training for subordinates to improve staff knowledge and skills;
有计划的安排下属员工的培训，致力于员工知识技能的提高；
16. Achieve any other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
完成总经理安排的其他工作。

QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration or science and engineering;
本科及以上学历，工商管理或理工科专业；
2. More than 10 years working experience in manufacturing industry production operation management, more than 5 years production operation management experience in automobile industry;
10年以上制造行业生产运营管理工作经验，5年以上汽车行业生产运营管理经验；
3. Familiar with TS16949 and VDA6.3, with knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, lean production;
熟悉TS16949和VDA6.3，具备APQP、PFMEA、控制计划、生产工艺流程，精益生产相关知识；
4. Should possess good communication skills, proven management ability, and ability to resolve any issues occurring in the production process;
优秀的沟通能力、管理能力，及应对生产过程中出现的各类问题的能力；
5. Good English skills.
