职位描述：
1、根据调度员生产作业计划安排，合理调配资源（包括人员、物料、设备等），使工作效率最大化。
2、负责班组的安全、质量的指标达成情况。监控现场安全、质量方面的生产工作，并确保每天的管理工作满足公司和部门的规定和要求。
3、对异常情况进行跟进。在出现缺料、质量问题和其他异常情况时，进行跨部门（工艺、技术、机电等）的沟通以寻找支持，保障生产顺利进行。
4、对关键设备进行日常检查，以确保员工正确的操作状态正常的设备。
5、跟进生产过程的损耗控制工作。结合生产流程的关键控制点，开展和监督损耗控制工作。
6、组织员工开展现场的6S工作，给员工提供一个安全、环保、整洁有序的作业环节。
7、向班组员工传递与当日生产有关的信息和事件。与组长一起确保关键工作（安全、质量等）有效落实到班组。
