职位描述：
Main responsibilities ? Baseline the organisations production processes, resources and machinery
? Develop and implement knowledge capture technics for business critical processes and tasks
? Understand and harvest production-related issues and translate them into business needs, having done robust root-cause analysis
Main responsibilities
? Co-design to-be production processes, resources and machinery that will benefit the to-be organization
? Streamline, improve and re-engineer production processes to gain in efficiency and in effectiveness
? Engage in all change initiatives impacting the operators and the supervisors working on the shop floors and develop and implement effective knowledge transfer technics to accelerate employees’ learning about the new ways of doing things
? Measure efficiencies and track benefits coming out of your projects involvement
? Support business continuity effort on large transformational projects by providing the right business continuity structure and processes
? Project manage manufacturing-related projects from A to Z
Other responsibilities ? Promote change management as an important tool to help transform the organization
? Promote six sigma methodology on all projects involvement
Accountabilities
? Clearly articulate issues and risks in manufacturing, understand root cause issue and develop manufacturing relevant solutions and processes to address these risks and issues
? Ensure that people, processes and technology are strong business enablers
? Actively engage in any manufacturing sites transfer and rationalization initiatives
Job requirements
? Able to identify business critical issues and risks
? Able to develop mitigation plans, and prioritize
? Able to manage projects from A to Z (this includes the ability to mobilize a project and to put in place a project structure that is going to support effectively the delivery of the project)
? Understand change management principles and believes in people-led business changes
? Work collaboratively, even in difficult environment
? Can work under pressure and in any type of business environment
? Both English and Chinese Mandarin proficiency
? Engineering background with production and/or technical department experience
? Experience in research and development in a manufacturing environment
? Numbers and figures literate
