Report to Engineering dept. Supervisor
Qualifications
- practical test engineering work in electronics manufacturing
- Practical working knowledge of programming language (C/C++, Labview)
- Practical experience in electronics auto test application software development.
- Problem solving capability and process knowledge.

Professional experience:
1. Independent working ability with electronic lab equipment and basic electronic interfaces.
2. test station trouble shooting skills.

Job responsibility:
1. Responsible for test station installation, debugging, acceptance and maintenance.
2. Monitor test station running, checking and auditing.
3. Spare part plan and management.
4. Test station improvement and improve productivity, quality and safety.
5. Train the operators for test station operation and daily checking.
6. Support new products launch, Production line set up and test station debug.
7. Implement Lean tools, Kaizen.

Main job tasks:
1. Design and implement qualification tests and automated test scripts on new products.
2. Carrying out the test for hardware and software on the design into production.
3. Manage and design test fixtures, test software, test database and test equipment necessary for manufacturing.
4. Responsible for informal and formal test documentation.
5. Participation in management and design review meetings.
6. Data analysis of potential for known defects.
7. Recreate reported problems to facilitate solutions. 举报 分享
