Main responsibilities
? Baseline the organisations processes and workflows
? Develop and implement knowledge capture technics for business critical processes and tasks
? Understand and harvest business issues and translate them into business needs, having done robust root-cause analysis
? Co-design to-be processes and business workflow that will benefit the to-be organization
? Streamline, improve and re-engineer processes to gain in efficiency and in effectiveness
? Develop a data base of standard processes and workflow that can be used for future transformational and business improvement projects in the region
? Develop and implement knowledge transfer technics to accelerate employees’ learning about the new ways of doing things
? Adopt change management technics to facilitate the adoption of the new processes, workflows and ways of working
? Measure efficiencies and track benefits coming out of any process-related initiatives
? Support business continuity effort on large transformational projects by providing the right business continuity structure and processes
? Project manage process-related projects from A to Z
Other responsibilities ? Organise functional and cross-functional workshops to mobilise and engage employees in the streamlining, improvement and reengineering of processes and workflows
? Project manage process change initiatives across the North-Asia region and report on progress made to regional leadership
? Promote change management as an important tool to help transform the organization
? Work in collaboration with the human resources team to highlight change impacts on organisation structure and individuals’ roles and responsibilities
Accountabilities ? Clearly articulate issues and risks in the business, understand root cause issue and develop business relevant solutions and processes to address these risks and issues
? Ensure that both processes and technology are strong business enablers
? Facilitate the smooth and rapid adoption of re-engineered or new processes across the business
? Support the resolution of cross-departmental and cross-functional conflicts
? Engage leadership in business and process changes
Job requirements
? Able to identify business critical issues and risks
? Able to develop mitigation plans, and prioritize
? Able to manage projects from A to Z (this includes the ability to mobilize a project and to put in place a project structure that is going to support effectively the delivery of the project)
? Understand change management principles and believes in people-led business changes
? Work collaboratively, even in difficult environment
? Can work under pressure and in any type of business environment
? Both English and Chinese Mandarin proficiency
