职位描述
1、负责日常服务事件记录、跟踪, 监督；
2、负责全国供应商的管理(拓展、考核,关系维护,费用)；、
3、后备工程师安排；
4、服务满意度调查；
5、合同管理；
6、ITSM 系统配置与管理；
7、周期性服务报告提交。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、熟悉计算机基础知识及使用；
3、具备良好的客户服务意识；
4、有优秀的沟通技巧和人际关系处理能力 ；
5、良好的理解能力和表达能力；
6、良好的英文沟通能力，有IT客服工作经验者优先考虑 。
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily service event recording, tracking, monitoring;
2. Responsible for the national vendor management (development, assessment, relationship maintenance, costs);.
3. Backup engineer arrangement;
4. Service satisfaction surveys;.
5. Contract management;.
6. ITSM system configuration and management.
Requirements:
1.College degree or above in computer science;.
2.Familiar with basic computer knowledge and use;.
3.Have a good sense of customer service;.
4.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;.
5.Good comprehension and expression ability;
6.Good English communication skills, IT customer service work experience preferred.
