Responsibilities:
1) Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting of Microsoft server operating systems, hardware, and certain supported services and applications
2) Routine systems monitoring, administration, adjustments and upgrades to Wintel servers
3) Producing and maintaining system documentation throughout the asset lifecycle
4) Diagnosing and performance tuning systems on an ongoing basis
5) Maintaining and implementing OS upgrades and security patches
6) Implementing monitoring tools to maintain real time and historical reporting on server metrics
7) Supporting Backup and Recovery systems and Disaster Preparedness environment
8) Complying with defined change control process
9) Evaluating, recommending, and/or implementing new technology
10) Ensuring successful resolution of work within established service levels and with high quality of service.
11)Participates in oncall rotation to provide off hours support
12) Prepare detailed project plans as required
13) Maintain Virtualization Server

Requirements:
1) Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
2) 3+ years of relevant working experience
3) 3+ years prior experience in an Windows operational environment
4) 3+ years hands-on experience managing enterprise level Microsoft environments
5) 2+ year experience in VMware Virtualization Environment
6) Being family of Symantec Backup software and Symantec Antivirus is Plus
7) Having database experience (MS-SQL Server or Oracle ) is a plus
8) Ability to troubleshoot problems within a distributed environment
9) Excellent written and verbal communication in English
