职位: 助理运作经理 (仓储项目)
Job Summary:
l Monitor and reporting the operation data by daily, weekly and monthly, to make sure the performance achieve customer's requirement.(Quality,Efficiency,Safety etc.)
l Well communicate with customer, respond their requirements timely.
l Team management ,and maintain the high team spirit and low turnover rate.
l Hand the escalations from supervisor or customer.
l Well control cost and keep the project balance or profit.
l Follow the policy from management or company, and implement within project team accordingly.(HR policy ,Company strategy ,Lean task, etc.)
Requirements:
l High school graduate
l 4 years of working experience in warehouse activities
l 2 years of team leader experience or above in warehouse
l Experienced in operations WMS/ERP and office soft ware
l Communicate with business department(Account manager) closely on Contract renew or re-pricing.
