能完全理解图纸，规范和客户文件的要求并据此判断检验关键点，并根据产品的工艺特性验证检验卡内容的准确性和可操作性。

Understand requirements of drawing, specification and customer's document fully to identify the key inspection point, and verify the accuracy and feability of inspection card.

能独立识别和判别零件的缺陷，协助部门经理和工程师处理特殊缺陷，指导低级别检验员按相关流程处理缺陷零件。

Identify the defect and assist manager or SQE/QE to dispose the defect, instruct lower level receiving inspectors.

能制定新材料检验卡并报工程师批准。

Initiate IPC or IC and get SQE/QE's approval.

能发现并协助工程师解决各种复杂的供应商问题。

Identify and assist QE/SQE to deal with complex supplier quality issue.

能够识别工程师首件报告的正确性和可操作性，独立完成供应商首件报告的验证以及BTC零部件首件的检验。

Identify the accuracy and feability of FAIR from QE and complete FAR insection for supplier FAIR and BTC FAIR.

能在工程师指导下处理生产现场与原材料和外购零部件相关的质量问题。

Deal with raw material and purchased detail part quality issue in workshop under QE/SQE instruction.

熟悉SPC质量管理工具，指导供应商按照SPC方法对产品进行质量控制。

Understand SPC tool and instruct supplier to control the quality per SPC.

熟悉产品审核内容，能够根据工程师的检查单对供应商现场审核，发现问题，独立处理供应商简单的不符合项并汇报工程师。

Master audit requirement and audit supplier product on site per QE/SQE's check list, to identify the non-confirming items, deal with supplier minor finding and report to QE/SQE.

会查阅并理解规范,如工艺规范，材料规范等等。

Understand specification. Such as BAC, BMS, BSS,Etc.

培训新员工，并且帮助其他级别检验员解决遇到的问题

Have the ability to train new emplyee and help other level inspector to solve probem.

对于新材料或者新零部件，协助质量工程师分析产品/工装的工艺过程，制定检验卡

Assistant QE/SQE to analyse the process/tooling and create inspection card for the new raw material and product

编写SOP规范检验方法和流程去提高检验效率

Initiate inspection SOP and process to improve efficiency

设计或者改善检验工具用以提高检验效率。

Design or improve inspection tooling to enhance the efficency.

能够发现来料或者供应商过程中潜在的质量问题，并反馈给质量工程师。

Identify the potential risk during the process and feed back to QE/SQE

现场培训供应商常规质量要求，包括：波音规范的理解，检验工具的使用，质量体系的要求等

Training supplier on site about general quality requirement, including: Boeing specification, inspection tooling using

任职要求：

高中或者职业学校多于15年相关经验或者大专学历多于8年相关工作经验或者本科学历多于4年

Higher Secondary or Vocational school+ more than 15+ year’s related experience or Diploma or equivalent More than 8 year’s related experience + bachelor degree more than 4 years.

有很强的复合材料和飞机材料制造工艺知识， 比如金属件，金属件处理，胶黏剂，预浸料，复合材料零部件的生产工艺，能够识别零部件，的制作关键点从而判断零件的质量。

Have strong process knowledge of silled compsite and airplant prodcution , can identfy product key point so that make sure inspection point.

有非常好的质量控制能力，利用各种管理工具 管理产品质量。

Skilled use all kinds of mangement tools to control supplier products/ parts, have strong quality cotrol ability.

有较强的读写英文的能力，很好的理解多种英文版材料规范和各家供应商的英文版试验报告,所有工作指令为英文版，如IPC BMS, RMS, BSS,

Good ability of reading and writing English Language, can understand Boeing material spec and supplier test report.

需要基本计算机；技能包括 IQS, LOT TRACKING, 等等软件输入能力。

Requires basic computer skills， including IQS, Lot tracking ect and need sill to take photo for defect part to provide to buyer and supplier.

经常测量复杂形状和工件，要求掌握较高的测量技巧和知识，比如卡尺、直尺、角规，塞规，电阻表，重力计，千分测微仪，粗糙度仪等等.
