职位描述：
Job Requirement:
？ Sound understanding of Personal Computer, Laptop and Smartphone technologies
？ Sound understanding of Data Network Technologies including WiFi and VPN configuration
？ Experience with Microsoft Office software
？ Preferably some general business software understanding (how transactions work – order, invoice, payment ….)
？ Good communicator with English speaking capabilities
？ Honest and reliable (and has respect for Software licensing rules)

Job Description:
？ Provide first level technical support for Sealy China users including hardware and software implementation
？ Liaise with Brisbane Head Office to ensure compatible technologies are implemented
？ Assist users by solving locally or logging with Brisbane any business software (Sealynet/SealyPOS) issues
？ Maintain an up to date Hardware Asset Register and Software License Register
？ Assist with Data Backups of locally kept data
？ Assist with User Access additions, changes and removals 举报 分享
