Position/Job Description: The overall purpose of the role
To manage the product portfolio, promotions,sales offers and pricing for parts and accessories , at the same time ensuring the company meets its sales and profitability objectives and future growth plans. 负责配件的产品文件准备,配件促销,配件订单分析和配件定价,确保公司完成销售目标和利润目标以及将来的增长计划。


Essential Duties: Accountabilities/Responsibilities e.g. People Management, Problem Solving, Communication
1. Assist with the development and implementation of marketing programmes and strategic initiatives to grow parts and accessories 支持市场活动的策划和执行,实现配件业务的增长;

2. Assist with the development of parts and accessory forecast, and monitor and follow the forecast; 支持准备配件的销预测案,并监控和跟踪预测的执行情况;

3. Assist with the development of parts and accessory sales and profitability plans, and monitor and report against said plans. 支持准备配件的销售和利润方案,并监控和报告计划的完成情况;

4. Analyse competitor activity and price positioning, and recommend strategic initiatives to grow volume/value for the company’s accessory business.分析竞争对手配件的推广活动和价格市场定位,并向公司提出增长配件销量的战略性方案;

5. Plan and co-ordinate major parts and accessories product launches as required. Ensure all products meet local standards and compliance as applicable.计划和协调主要的配件按要求投入市场。确保所有的配件产品符合本地的法律法规要求;

6. Develop and implement a sales promotion calendar that supports parts and accessory growth and work with Marketing Services to prepare all digital and printed support material including sell in and sell out activities. 准备和实施年度配件促销方案,并与市场部一起准备好促销用的电子文件和纸质文件;

7. Together with Sales, ensure customers receive regular communications to assist sales and business growth by being fully informed of parts and accessories product/marketing initiatives and strategies. 与销售部一起,确保客户能定期收到配件的产品信息和市场信息,得以支持销售业务的增长;

8. Develop and implement product knowledge for internal staff, dealers and end users as required. 根据要求,提升内部员工,经销商和用户的产品知识。

Preferred qualifications: Education, Experience, Functional & Business knowledge, Specialist Skills
1. Bachelor, major in mechanical, familiar with engine; 机械专业,本科及以上,熟悉发动机的原理及结构;
2. Good business management such as planning, communication, implementation, handling change and conflict; 有良好的业务管理,计划,沟通,执行,应对变化和处理矛盾的能力;
3. Be able to use English to communicate with foreign engineers, can understand English technical documents; 能运用英语与国外技术人员沟通,能理解英文技术资料 ;
4. Experience working in a marketing or product management role is an advantage
有市场或产品工作经验优先

1 High attention to detail 很关注细节

3 Committed to deliver on financial plans 能达成既定的财务指标

4 Good computer skill as Microsoft Office 良好的电脑技巧,如Microsoft Office。

External contacts: dealers, distributors 外部:经销商,分销商。
