This is an exceptional opportunity to work for a Global Branded Retailer group as senior executive to manage its mandate for China region.

This role sits in a key decision making position to manage day-to-day basis business across all the chain stores in China which including setting all store operational standards; developing training outlines for retail staffs;monitoring performance of all the stores; carrying out key projects to keep developing store concept and brand; keep improving stores effectiveness and productivity and effiicient team management.

As an ideal candidate, you have to be a degree hoder with strong background in chain store operations, ideally fast food or from apparel retailing; understanding of retailing business, solid knowledge of retail math; understanding of Customer Business Development, Category Management concept and key components; knowledge of store planning and implementation practices;solid understanding of products and competitive environment and understanding of Marketing and Brand management; high level of energy, positive and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
