Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:
? Medical provider network communication & maintenance
As project manager of medical provider network team, he/she will be responsible for regional health provider network development, integration, management and maintenance in terms of health screening, vaccination, health education & promotion, occupational health, primary healthcare and other health management project.
? Key healthcare project implementation
As project manager of health management team, he/she will be responsible for health management project implementation in terms of network preparation, service & budget negotiation, quality control and customer service excellence involvement.
? Internal communication & coordination
Work as backup leader of network team to liaise with internal key departments as Corporate Legal, Compliance, Marketing, IT, Sales, Medical Staffing, customer service representatives to guarantee healthcare project implementation in compliance with legal, medical best practices, business goal, quality requirements, best performance and productivity.
? External communication and coordination
As the main contact for sales team and provider network to ensure business requirements are under project implementation real capabilities, provide appropriate reminding & evaluation for healthcare project proposal and/or implementation guarantees, to ensure all scope of work in business contract are achievable and negotiable, to negotiate with provider based on budget & service requirements.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above.
? At least 5 years working experience and competence in hospital, public health department, healthcare providers, insurance company and/or other health relevant industry.
? Good negotiation, communication, coordination skills and team work spirit.
? Strong leadership, effective command and good execution skills.
? Strong will to learn, practice, innovation and customer service excellence.
? Good command of spoken and written English.
? Competent computer skill in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Visio.
