Roles &Responsibilities

· Provide support on training workshops:

o customer training coordination

o internal and external communication

o training set up

o training feedback collection

o training catalog and website update

o others related operation work

· Independently drive various projects and collaborate with different teams

· Handle internal/external training related operational tasks:

o marketing contentcreation and translation

o process update

o knowledge management

o logistic arrangement for customer onsite training

Requirements and Skills

Education

· Bachelor Degree or above

· Marketing, Business Management or Englishmajor is preferred

Knowledge

· Fundamental knowledge of IT industry

· Proficient skill at Microsoft Office, especially for Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and SharePoint Server

· PMP certificate is a plus

Skill

· Fluent English Skill and excellent written English/Chinese skill. Can independently handle English Con-call

· Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill

· Work independently and proactively to drive business result

· Good problem solving skill

Working Experience

· 5+ year working experience in service industry

Experience on managing service or marketing projects will be valued
