Role Focus:
- Bidding/Negotiation/Sourcing Selection, reach saving objectives (1st)
- Sign annual contract for major category including PPE, uniform, IT, PC (2nd)
- As Senior Service Buyer for 12 entities (9 WOFE plants & 3 RHQ entities)
- Maintain the proper supplier list, do 3 supplier bidding, negotiation and sourcing process to achieve saving objectives and on time delivery
- Properly prepare the sourcing file and PO to ensure compliance to APO process
- Develop the annual contract for PPE, uniform, IT, PC etc.
Qualification:
- At least 5 years of experience in Non production purchasing
- Technical degree or business related
- Good coordination skill in multinational company and cross
culture environment
- Good oral and written English
- Good skill to coordination with China plants
- Problem Resolving
- Bachelor Degree and Master Degree is preferred
