职位描述：
Objectives:
Support daily Sales operation to drive operational efficiency and excellence, and work with Sales team to provide seamless, faster, easier and trusted operation service to the team.


Job responsibilities:
？ Support AMs to collect accurate and complete Retail and Wholesale application documents;
？ Support for new DLR kick off both in Retail and Wholesale;
？ Maintain sales related information in Retail and Wholesale system, such as DLR information, F&I information and new Vehicle information and so on;
？ Support AMs to get necessary internal materials for notarization and VAB’s(Vehicle Administration office) mortgage registration;
？ Follow up Dealer Service Fee calculation, invoice collection and internal settlement;
？ Make OEM and Dealer Subvention report and settle with OEM and Dealers;
？ Make Daily/Monthly/Yearly Sales and products Report to review and evaluate the sales performance;
？ Make sales incentive proposal and implement and then review;
？ Support or coordinate dealer event or other activities;
？ Other Sales and Marketing relevant assignments arranged by superior;


Job requirements:
? Diploma or junior college;
? Above 2 years working experiences as sales operation or department assistant;
? Industry experience is preferred;
? Proficient in English is preferred;

Competencies:
? Data analysis Ability. High proficiency in office software (Excel, PPT, etc);
? Strong attention to details;
? Good communication skills;
? To effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
? Good written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively facilitate and communicate;
