Your tasks and responsibilities

？ Handle operation according to agreed SOP to deliver best service to our customers
？ Set Quotation (RFQ client) in CIEL ensures billing accuracy
？ Open file in CIEL accurately and timely
？ Follow up the instructions of routing orders from overseas
？ Answer inquiries & settle problem with overseas office, report and escalate to superior for instructions in regard to tough issues
？ Maintain good relationship with customers

Your skills and experience
？ University degree or aboveCET-4
？ Proficient MS skill: outlook, excel, word
？ Be able to work under pressure
？ At least 2 years working experience in the operation position in the international forwarding company 举报 分享
