职位描述：
Position Focus:
1. Develop competitive pricing quotation report which will be submitted to our commercial team
2. Review the quoting report received from plants
3. Follow-up and resolve financial issues to attain key financial measures
4. Identify the risk and opportunity associated with quoting report
5. Drive margin improvement action plans with plants

Job Description:
1. Ensure timely and good quality Lear quoting report to commercial team
2. Ensure financial information is prepared in accordance with company financial policy and management requirements
3. Demonstrated results in improving processes and developing financial analysis that provides business insight
4. Develop business cases by detailed analysis based on inputs provided by respective functions
5. Provide training to plants.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field preferred, Engineering or Program Management will also be considered
2. Minimum of 3 years financial experience related to financial management of project management in a global manufacturing environment
3. Automotive experience highly desired
4. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication/presentation skills and overall business acumen required
