职位描述:
1.Cooperate with china sourcing/supply chain for new electrical suppliers selection and evaluation, comprehensive evaluation on supplier system and process to drive continuous improvements to meet JOYGLOBAL supplier selection standard.

与战略采购团队合作开发并评估新的电气供应商,全面评估供应商体系管理与过程管控,推动供应商持续改进以满足久益环球供应商选择标准。

2.Lead JOY china electrical suppliers audit and survey, identify potential risks, push for root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions, establish and keep continuous quality improvement to minimize the impact to JOYGLOBAL business.

主导久益中国电气供应商审核工作,识别潜在风险,推动原因分析与纠正预防措施,协助供应商建立/推动持续性的质量改善来减少对久益环球业务的影响。

3.To be responsible for electrical parts’ localization according to JOYGLOBAL procedure and PPAP process, support and coach suppliers on the problem analysis to meet spec/standard, lead for the first article approval and implement mass production quality control system.

负责电气零部件的本地化工作,保证久益环球首件认证程序与生产件批准程序得以实施,支持并引导供应商改进问题以符合久益环球的规格标准,领导首件认证的批准并建立零件量产质量控制系统。

4.Lead china supplier quality activities, such as defect analysis and identify improvement opportunities, conduct and keep a high level improvement plan to drive problem solving and defect down.

主导供应商质量工作的开展,比如不良分析与识别改进机会,推行高效改进计划来推动问题解决与降低不良比率。

5.Support plants’ quality team on electrical functions/components technical review and testing, coach & provide training on quality engineer/inspector for electrical knowledge.

支持工厂内部质量对于电气组件的技术评估与测试相关的工作,给质量工程师与检验员提供相应的培训。

6.Lead to solve various parts’ quality issues and provide technical support on root cause analysis, lead for corrective/preventive actions established and conducted at supplier side.

主导解决各种电气零件质量问题,在原因分析上提供技术性支持,推动在供应商端建立并实施有效的纠正预防措施。

7.Lead to communicate with internal/external customers on the quality complaint due to parts quality issues, drive for root cause analysis and corrective actions implementation.

处理内部/外部客沟通关于电气件质量问题的投诉,推动原因分析与改进方案的实施。

 

Qualifications:


1.Bachelor degree or above major in Electronics, or electrical engineering.

电子或电气工程专业学士学位以上。

2.6+ years working experience in electrical commodity of heavy industry and supplier management experience.

至少6年在重工行业电气产品与供应商管理的工作经验。

3.Strong knowledge and rich experience on Motor, VFD, transformer, controller case etc.

具备良好的关于电机,变压器/变频器,电控箱等电气产品的知识与经验。

4.Demonstrated data analysis and problem solving skills, ability to resolve complex customer issue and lead cross-functional teams

具备良好的数据分析与问题解决能力,能够独立处理复杂的质量问题并主导跨部门的讨论。

5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good planning capability Identify root causes, demonstrate strong quantitative, and drive corrective actions when product/solutions are not meeting requirements.

具备良好的沟通与交际能力,善于识别根本原因,以数据驱动为主,推进改进措施的实施。

6.Excellent analytical, problem solving/decision making skills; ability to make timely, effective, fact based decisions and coordination skills.

具备良好的问题处理与决定能力,基于事实能够快速的做出有效的决定。

7.Be familiar with PFMEA, Control plan, 8D, APQP and PPAP.

熟悉质量5大工具,潜在失效模式分析,控制计划,8D,质量先期策划与生产件批准程序。

8.Good sense and smart thinking for process/project continuous improvements.

良好的逻辑思维能力与业务意识。

9.Fluent in English communication (both written & oral), good command of computer skills.

良好的英语沟通与计算机能力。
