POSITION GOALS
To be the project coordinator for a major development project for the Project Development & Services Department
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
?Arrange and coordinate meetings with client, consultants, and contractors and prepare meeting minutes
?Maintain record and disseminate contract documents and correspondences
?Assist in preparation and compilation of contract documents
?Assist in preparation of project progress reports
?Assist in preparation of financial reports and invoices for submittal to client
?Assist in vendor procurement process
?Update payment tracker
?Owner of the OneView System (PHP platform)
?Undertake other tasks as required
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
?See individual Performance Measurement Targets
EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
Education /Work Experience Requirement
?Bachelor or equivalent degree of formal education in related fields, engineering background is preferred;
?Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in project and contract administration;
Technical and Administrative Skills
?Be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook
?Auto CAD, MS Project will be a plus
